**Location**:Klang, MY, MY**Job Summary**Supervise and ensure the executive of transport department tasks are completed and support daily operations in all functional areas**General Responsibilities**- To perform daily planning, arrangement, co-ordination, monitoring and execution of transporters delivery of shipments for Outstation customers- To achieve daily and monthly KPI i.e. Delivery On-Time, Out for Delivery On-Time- To drive improvement from time to time in processes, gaps analysis and costing- To identify root causes, gaps and work closely with respective vendors for action plans in achieving continuous improvement- Verified and signing off rejection with appropriate reason if any- Check & revert on sales enquiry on daily basis- Issue jobsheet for any redelivery that exceed more than 50 ctns- Run report on daily basis to ensure no any leftovers by transporter- Do truck in & truck out report for loading (Outstation) on daily basis- Performs other related duties as assigned**Functional Skills and Knowledge**- Knowledge on routing and transport network optimization- Must be hands-on, diligent and good real-time troubleshooting skill- Good verbal and written communication skills for smooth communication with internal and external customers- Ability to handle a group of subordinates as well as co-workers- Team development for efficiency and fostering harmonized work place- Time management of own time and all persons within area of responsibility- Must be well-organized, pro-active and self-directed, able to perform with mínimal supervision- Possess with basic knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP) will be an added advantages..- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken**Education**Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field**Work Experience**- Minimum one to two years' experience in a similar role
