Responsibilities
• Oversee cycle of order fulfillment• Perform receiving, material picking and packing operations• Provide internal sales support• Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers• Generate and manage purchase orders• Handle customer inquiries and checking orders• Help resolve inventory and shipment discrepancies• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field• Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply• Good personality and communication skills
