Supply Chain Assistant

Associate at least diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent supply chain experience)- Experience in shipping and receiving a plus- Scheduling pickups and deliveries of goods using delivery scheduling software and other tools- Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for transportation of goods- Reviewing computerized shipping records and monitoring shipments- Communicating with carriers and suppliers to ensure that all shipments are delivered on time- Performing clerical tasks such as maintaining records of shipments and updating databases of inventory- Basic computer skills- Organizational skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- DRIVING LICENCE (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
