**Responsibilities**:**Warehouse & Inventory Management (3rd party)**- Manage the 3rd party warehouse(s) in Sabah/Sarawak to ensure compliance with SOPs and meet overall sales operation requirements.- Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (In/Out/Transfer/Write-off) for the entire warehouse and the systems. Maintain integrity of physical stock against the info in the systems. Match invoice with DO & PO and cross-check with inventory reports.- Review and enforce the inventory management process within the warehouse, ensuring sufficient stocks in line with the sales volume.- Producing required reports & statistics.- Respond to queries promptly.**Purchase Orders Management**- Responsible for the distribution of goods from the warehouse to retail outlets or customer warehouses.- Keep track of delivery schedules, and transport costs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.- Arrange shipment routes & schedules; meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.- Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and shipments are in good condition.- Implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehousing activities and logistics transactions/activities and monitor the shipping cost.- Monitor the performance of logistics, haulers, and third-party providers' lead-time commitments, cost targets, and customer service level of the service providers.**Systems Data Maintenance & Reports Preparation (Including Sales related)**- Maintain the data in the related warehouse & logistics systems and key account B2B portal order system.- Responsible for the data maintenance of storage, distribution, inventory management, and the quality control report for inbound cargo.- Prepare and submit reports (Sales, Inventory reports, etc.)**Others**- Establish, and deploy relevant SOPs and ensure SOP compliance on a need basis- Participate in stock-take on weekdays or weekends as needed.- Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.**Job Requirements**:- 3 years' experience in the related fields; Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing. Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management equivalent.- Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, WMS System- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.- Independent, resourceful, disciplined with high integrity, highly motivated with continuous improvement drive.- Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.- Good proficiency in Mandarin and English.- Possess own transport.Pay: RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 05/02/2024
