Supply Chain Executive

Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to more than 48 coffee chain and we are still expanding.We are committed to deliver quality coffee to fulfill the caffeine needs of young urban professionals in Malaysia. We are seeking a **Supply Chain Executive to provide high level support in the operation field of Supply Chain department.**- Degree holder with 1-2 years experience in administrative supply chain field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel with formulas such as pivot table, vlookup, etc.- Attention to detail and organization skills.**Job Role**:- Process stores's orders and trucking planning for distribution to stores.- Prepare and upload order fulfillment to internal system after warehouse done order allocation.- Prepare good arrival notice for warehouse.- Ensure good receipt note moatch with supplier document and quantity finalized into warehouse system.- Update internal tracker for all inbound and perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on SAP system.- Liaise with warehouse and procurement if any discrepansy on pack size and delivered quantity.- Follow up on delivery issues, such as variance, late delivery, and damanged stock.- Coordinate with QA and procurement team on quality issues items.- Check and verify all invoices for direct purchase, scan and prepare listing for account team to prepare payment.**More about Kenangan Brands**Kenangan Brands owns multiple brands:- Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with close to 800 outlets across Indonesia;- Kenangan Coffee which we launched in Malaysia in 2022, where we now have more than 45 coffee chain stores;- Kenangan Coffee which we launched in Singapore in 2023, where we have 7 stores; and- Kopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, our Ready-To-Drink FMCG subsidiary.- Please be informed that we will not be sponsoring visa._Pay: From RM2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Please Indicate your current salary per month (in RM)?- What is your notice period if you were to resign (in month)?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
