Plan, execute and review company supply chain operations.- Drive an effective supply chain strategy, including materials planning, procurement, vendor management, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.- Work with production to plan raw material purchases to ensure stock requirements are met accordingly and ensure timely receiving of materials and services.- Handling all Import and Export logistic duties.- Prepare and process full spectrums of internal and external shipping documents.- Manage license requirements and liaise with authorities such as Custom Department, SIRIM, etc. for all import and export documentations.- Perform supply chain cost analysis and manage cost efficiently.- Build strong working relationships both internally and externally including with vendors/key suppliers.- Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangement is in order and all the related procedures relating to logistics is maintained to ensure quality services provided.- Coordinate work between Sales, Customer, Production and Transport Company/ forwarding agents to be in a timely manner for efficiency of distribution process.- Handle billing and customer service.- Control movements of finished goods and maintain proper filing system/records.- Record & keeping track of inventory movement. Maintain accurate reporting & integrity of the warehouse.- Assisting in ISO implementation and execution.- Perform other duties assigned as and when required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma holder in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Studies /Administration/Management or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years' experience in related field preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Services environment.- Has a strong sense of urgency, result oriented, proactive and resourceful in resolving issues, highly organized, possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.- A motivated person with strong work ethics and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- A good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill.- Fluent in Malay & English.
