Specializing in health, hygiene, and home products, we are committed to innovation and excellence in serving our diverse customer base.**Role Summary**:- Reporting to the Supply Finance Controller, this role operates- Working hours, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.**Responsibilities**:- Provide strategic financial guidance to optimize business operations.- Oversee factory accounts, including the preparation of financial statements, KPIs, and monthly reconciliations.- Analyze and interpret financial performance metrics for factory operations, addressing areas of underperformance through strategic action plans.- Implement and maintain financial controls in adherence to Group Policy standards.- Lead finance initiatives within the factory, promoting a culture of cost awareness and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems functionality, manage stock levels, and reduce wastage.- Manage customer price quotations and contribute to ongoing process improvements and cost optimization efforts, including annual stocktakes.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification from a reputable university.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with a strong aptitude for information systems crucial for success in this role.**Salary**: Up to RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
