Supply Chain Integrated Specialist

Support the SCM Supply team in implementing and managing the TASCO warehouse project, including research, coordination with stakeholders, project planning and execution, and providing regular progress updates to the SCM Supply team, utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders. Assist in the smooth transfer of spare parts operations from RJA to our organization, including liaising with the RJA team, coordinating logistics and inventory management, ensuring a seamless transition, and utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with the RJA team and Japanese suppliers involved in spare parts operations. Coordinate and ensure efficient delivery of our products directly to the warehouses of key dealers located overseas, including communicating with key dealers, logistics providers, and internal teams to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any logístical issues, utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese key dealers and logistics partners. Contribute to improving the efficiency of container loading processes, leading to enhanced logistics operations. This includes analyzing current loading procedures, identifying areas for improvement, implementing new loading strategies, monitoring loading operations, and utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese suppliers or stakeholders if necessary. Assist in the installation and integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems between the Management Information System (MIS) and the third-party logistics provider (3PL), coordinating with the IT department, liaising with the 3PL, configuring EDI systems, conducting testing, ensuring smooth data exchange, and utilizing Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese IT professionals or the 3PL if needed.Electronic musical devicesDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
