Supply Chain & Logistic Executive

Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Plan & Manage Schedules**: Oversee and coordinate the schedules of drivers and kelindans, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.- **Daily Logistics Operations**: Manage day-to-day logistics activities to ensure prompt deliveries of tea across the nation.- **Coordination with Operations Teams**: Work closely with group operations teams to streamline delivery and collection processes.- **Customer & Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of tea orders and collection of materials.- **Freight Forwarding**: Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage the receipt of imported goods.- **Distribution Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in the distribution process.- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).**Qualifications**:**Education**: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.**Experience**: Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.**Skills**:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational skills.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.**Other**: Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift
