It starts with YOU.Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:Assist in coordinating / interface with 3rd party logistics provider and external customers in handling customer complaints/issues and also logistics activities.Support the implementation of cost effective and sustainable supply chain strategies.Collect and analyze data related to supply chain operations (Eg. Factors affecting demand, analyzing sales stock, OTIF measures, Drive logistics efficiency programs, Build Value Stream Mapping).Collecting data on factors known to affect demand & Analyzing sales, stock, and other data statistics.
