Developing SCM Team and leading of the Supply Chain Management of a producing site or distribution center in the areas order management, incl customer satisfaction, materials management, production planning, physical logistics, and trade compliance. Execution of process analyses and projects within the Supply Chain Management organization to continuously optimize costs, delivery performance and inventories. Implementation of standards in cooperation with regional and Group SCM. Control of all relevant Supply Chain Management processes and reporting of KPIs. Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, production areas and the workers. Coordination and optimization of delivery and supply relationships with internal and external partners. Perform all company business in accordance with internal and external regulations, esp. health and safety rules, trade compliance rules, company policies and procedures. Support NBS, mainly in physical logistics.
