The company manufactures and markets a wide range of beverages under the reputed brand name and also owns and operates restaurant chains, serving varied culinary delights.**Job Role Summary**:Supply Chain Manager role is an individual contributor tasked with leading Supply Chain Management, with the potential for an expanded role based on individual progress. The primary objectives include establishing and transforming the Supply Chain team into an integral part of the organization to align with Company objectives and the business model. The responsibilities encompass Commercial business partnering, Sales and Operation Planning, Replenishment/Inventory Management, and 3PL management, all aimed at supporting a 6x business growth in Malaysia.**Roles & Responsibilities**:**Commercial Business Partnering**- Collaborate with respective markets commercial/finance leader to understand business needs and requirement to support business growth- Points of escalation on overall Supply Chain serviceability to commercial team, and lead work-around with SC team / 3PL / MFG to resolve issues- Lead and drive Supply Sufficiency with commercial / Demand and Supply / 3PL**Sales and Operation Planning**- Lead S&OP initiatives with quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize the cost and efficiency for end-to-end Supply Chain; in alignment with GROUP SCM- Drive the forecast and demand management process consistent with SKU class and demand planning process guidelines in assigned market (Malaysia)- Collaborate with R&D, Sales and Marketing, not limited to NPI launch, aging, long-tail SKU rationalization.- Establish procedures to facilitate information sharing to increase visibility, to reduce lead time, variability and disruption in the end-to-end Supply Chain.- Manage strong and influential relationships with key cross functional internal and external partners.**Inventory Management**- Responsible for achieving optimal group inventory turns for finished goods, in order reduce working capital requirements and external warehousing costs- Drive reduction in inventory disposal.- Develop system to manage pallet rental to minimize loss.**Logistics and 3PL Management**- 3PL management to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and KPIs is achieved to meet customer expectations- Manage an efficient and cost-effective Company transportation network.**Overseeing Operational Tasks (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)**- Transition respective daily tasks from Marketing and Finance team (per attach)- Responsible to perform the daily tasks- Responsible to streamline daily tasks, build processes and governance with clear task/KPIs/ RACI cross-functionally.- Continue to improve SC Commercial Ops**Job Requirements**:**Education and Experience**- Minimum University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.- Min 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG environment.**Professional Qualifications**- Preferably with relevant professional certifications like APICS CSCP.**Aptitude and Skills**- Passionate to problem solve, fixing and dare to lead the change with mastery- Demonstrate analytical, interpersonal and team skills- Good business acumen to optimize supply chain value-chain to deliver business goals- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and ability to work optimally in a diverse environment- Fast learnerMonthly Basic Salary: MYR10,000 - MYR15,000EA Personnel No R21101246Company EA Registration No 21C0691**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you currently or will you require a work visa to work in Malaysia?
