Position Purpose  The purpose of this role is to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in full, contributing to the overall success and competitive position of our company. This position is responsible for optimizing processes, enhancing collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands, minimize costs, and maintain high standards of service excellence. Major Tasks & Responsibilities :  Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure supply chain plans support company growth and customer satisfaction goals. Enhance order processing and fulfillment to meet the fast-paced demands of the FMCG market. Collaborate with Sales and Client Management teams to prioritize orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment. Manage goods returns, aligning with customer satisfaction and industry benchmarks. Lead demand planning and inventory management to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations. Implement inventory control measures tailored to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs. Utilize advanced inventory management tools to track and analyze stock movements. Manage our 3PL warehouse operations and logistics, optimizing for cost and performance. Collaborate with 3PL providers to optimize warehouse layout, inventory management, and distribution processes. Monitor 3PL performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the unique demands of the FMCG industry to enhance overall supply chain performance. Develop and implement risk management strategies specific to the FMCG industry to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain. Stay informed about industry trends and external factors that may impact the supply chain. Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Business Support and Finance, to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across the organization. Work Relations  Internal : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Management, Business Support and Finance, to achieve supply chain objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives. External : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, agencies, logistics partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure a seamless flow of goods and services throughout the supply chain. Qualifications  Bachelor & degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management roles within the FMCG industry, with a track record of success. Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and logistics operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in supply chain management software and best practices in the FMCG industry. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
