This opportunity is to be based in** **Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people to accommodate the rapid growth of the business.- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes- Handle data analysis in inventory management & planning- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.- Lead a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performances.- Ensure that overall operations comply with GDPMD & any other regulatory requirement.**Requirements**:- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Working experience in a fast-paced environment & knowledge of medical device regulatory requirement will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.- Strong understanding of best practices to improve operational.- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD.- Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.- Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.- Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result driven.
