Supply Chain Manager Johor

**Industry: Electronic Manufacturing****Location: Senai****Responsibilities**:- Oversee, direct and manage the team which includes Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving.- Responsible for production scheduling, capacity review, material usage and Supplier Management.- Play a major hands-on role in the overall success of the Operations Team with the goal of creating exceptional customer service.- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams- Responsible for the use of MRP systems and demand forecasting to ensure on-time availability of all manufacturing supplies and components, also driving efforts to significantly improve physical inventory management practices and accuracy.- Interfaces regularly with representatives from Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales and Marketing.**Job Requirements**- Possess a **Bachelor Degree** in **Supply Chain Management** or equivalent- **Minimum 10 years' relevant experience** in an **Electronic Manufacturing** environment- **Production & Planning** related experience is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- relevant: 10 years (required)- Production/Planning: 1 year (preferred)
