Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Negeri Sembilan.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of a strong supply chain management (SCM) policy, standards, procedures, continuous enhancement strategies, and oversee their execution across various plants situated in different countries.- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing SCM efficiency, service quality, cost optimization, and other pertinent facets of current or upcoming processes and procedures, with the aim of attaining business goals.- Take charge of investigations and conduct thorough root cause analyses concerning daily operational performance, customer grievances, process efficiencies, and other pertinent areas.Skills & Experience Required:- 5 years of experience in positions such as Senior Supply Chain Manager or comparable roles within manufacturing.- Demonstrated expertise in SCM processes, with hands-on experience in production planning, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and budgetary oversight.- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP and/or ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems.- Knowledge in ERP and WMS systems.JTK Number: JTKSM 995 | Company Registration Number: 201301019088 (1048918-T)
