Supply Chain Manager (Regional - Permanent)

They are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes across the region.- Implementation of the supply chain development and transformation plan across the region- Identify, monitor and evaluate suppliers with a continuous improvement plan- Harmonization of best practices and end-to-end supply chain procedures- Track, manage, optimize supply chain flows across the group (risks, areas for improvement, supplier issues)- Manage and optimize supplier performance in conjunction with the local managers- Actively engage suppliers across the region with the objective of continuous improvement and integration- Follow up and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers- Ensure compliance with global guidelines and internal policies **The Successful Applicant**You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain across Hospitality/Retail/ F&B industries. You must have a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain process, including logistics, inventory management and managing 3PLs. Prior experience in managing a team across the region will be highly regarded.
