Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university, OR Diploma or equivalent from an accredited college or university2 years or more of working experience in the related field is preferredKnowledge of Malaysian Customs requirements.Familiarity with key terms and experience with inbound and outbound global logistics.Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc.)Good written and oral communication skills (English and Malay).With analytical skills.Significant logistics and Malaysian customs experience.Experience of working in a computerised ERP environment is preferred but not essential.Coordinating Malaysian customs related activities; logistic activities; handling Import, Export and Local deliveries documentation filling.Analyse and compile reports required by customs, example (but not limited to): Raw Materials Report (Incoming, Consumption, Scrap, etc.); Sub-contract Activities Report (details of outgoing to and return from sub-con); Finished Goods Report (Make to stock, Sales, Scrap, etc.); Scrap Disposal Report.Monitor quota of approval and proceed to renew before due date or quota exhausted, example (but not limited to):Quota of Raw Materials; Quota of Scrap Disposal; Quota of Sub-con activities.Work together with Warehouse associates on scrap disposal activities that involve customs.Fulfil any other additional requirements from customs and make sure Owen Mumford Sdn. Bhd. complies to the requirements.Communicate with Supply Chain Executive / Planner for booking of transport for shipment.Communicate with PO Owner on collection arrangement (When necessary).Coordinate with planner and warehouse on the arrangement of shipment preparation and loading.Appoint custom agent to handle customs clearance on behalf of the companyVerify Outgoing documents, such as Invoice, Packing List, Tally Sheet, K2, etc; Verify Import documents, such as Invoice, K1, etc. and proper filing of Outgoing / Import documents.Submit delivery documents to Sales associates / Customers.Communicate with logistics company to get quotation when necessary.Ensure compliance with all SOPs (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Personnel etc).Work with Supply Chain Manager on new customer to evaluate all logistic requirements.Provide detailed reports / ERP queries as required by the business to support management requests.To adhere superior on extra assignment and other ad-hoc work.**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time**Salary**: From RM1.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
