Supply Chain/Procurement Manager

**Key Responsibilities****Procurement**:- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies & procedures.- Source for competitive pricing and secure high-quality materials for the company- Prepare commercial bid evaluation for purchases in line with policy and make recommendations- Monitor materials, components and equipment deliveries to meet production/project schedules and ensure supply continuity- Ensure and maintain purchasing documents such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices- Conduct annual supplier performance evaluation- Initiative cost-saving exercise- Liaise with authorities (MIDA, Royal Customs) for input duty exemption and Royal customs for duty-exempted items**Warehouse & Material Store**:- Oversee receiving, arranging, storing, security, dispatching, 5s methodology and administrative functions- Continuously improve the process flow of warehouse activities to ensure efficiency- Conduct bi-monthly cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy- Ensure Delivery On Time % is at 99%- Prepare the annual budget and ensure costs are under control**Requirements**:- Experience managing procurement, warehouse and material store with at least 30 headcounts.- Proficient in basic computer skills with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.- A keen eye for detail with good decision-making abilities.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is the advance notice for resignation to your current Company ?- What is your current basic salary?- What is your expected basic salary?- Out of 10, how would you rate your level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel ?- How would you rate your level of English (0-none, 10-highest) in terms of:1) Speaking : /102) Writing : /10- How would you rate your level of Mandarin (0-none, 10-highest) in terms of:1) Speaking : /102) Writing : /10- Do you have any knowledge in Tax Exemption and Customs Duty?- What is the largest size of headcount you have managed in Procurement, Warehouse and Material Store ?- Can you come to Jalan Usahawan 6, Setapak to work ?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Managing Procurement: 5 years (preferred)- Supply Chain: 5 years (preferred)- managing Warehouse Operation: 5 years (preferred)
