**Job Summary**: Be responsible for procurement, inventory planning, import-export including logistics coordination with 3PL to ensure functioning supply chain. The position will be based at our office located in **Penang, Bayan Lepas**. you will be responsible for effectively managing inventory planning, logistics, import-export activities, and procurement processes. Additionally, you will be controlling material inventory levels, providing accurate reporting of inventory metrics, coordinating logistics and import-export activities, monitoring shipment status, managing 3PL logistics company operations, validating invoices, generating purchase orders, tracking order delivery dates, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in purchasing functions.**What we're looking for**:- Minimum 5 years related work experience in Supply Chain field (preferably in a multi-national company).- Bachelor's degree or above, chemical or life science major is helpful- Understand inventory planning models, procurement & logistics.- Familiar with Poison Type B licensing requirements; including a license holder if required- Understand import & Bonded biz process**Who you are**:- ** Inventory/ Demand Planning**: You should have a good understanding of inventory planning models and strategies. Be able to analyze data collected from the onsite team to recommend weekly replenishing proposals, control material inventory levels, and implement planning strategies such as safety stock and lead time.- ** Logistics and Import-Export Expertise**: Someone who can coordinate logistics and import-export activities. This includes monitoring shipment statuses, ensuring on-time delivery between bonded zones, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) companies.- ** Procurement Skills**: Capable of generating purchase orders, managing payment terms, and maintaining accurate and timely purchase order and delivery details.
