Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and hardworking Support Associate to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in George Town, Penang, MY, perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in the tech industry. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through various channels, such as email, chat, and phone. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner- Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services- Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find the best solutions- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Strong motivation and work ethic- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer problems- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace- Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
