Support Centre Specialist

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.- Escalate incidents involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.- Guide Merchant through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.- Collaborate with another department to improve customer service.- Keep a "high-level view" of the entire support process.- Build relationships with the customer/merchant and advocate for their needs within the company.- Complete logs and reports.- Other duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Patient and empathetic attitude.- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately.- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.- Able to work on operational working hours, weekends or during public holidays.**Salary**: From RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus
