Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional support to our customers. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are adaptable and resourceful.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on exceeding their expectations.3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support.7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.4. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently.5. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
