Swimming Instructor

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and development of people of all ages and abilities as you assist them in learning and enhancing their swimming abilities.**Responsibilities include**:- Conducting group and individual swimming lessons for individuals of various ages and skill levels.- Creating a secure and pleasurable learning atmosphere for all students.- Maintaining accurate attendance records and communicating with students and their parents/guardians as needed.**Requirements**:- A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward swimming.- Strong communication skills and high levels of energy.- The ability to motivate swimmers and instill confidence in them.- Perseverance and patience.- The ability to put people at ease and encourage them.- A professional, punctual, and well-organized individual responsible for the implementation, development, and organization of swimming classes.- A love for working with children.- Availability to work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, FreelanceContract length: 12 monthsPart-time hours: 40 per week**Salary**: From RM6,855.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)
