Who We're Looking ForMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience 2+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
