Tadika Principal

RESPONSIBILITIES- Be responsible for tadika's wellbeing as a whole.- Manage 2-3 teachers under the same roof.- Involved in reporting to management, and build good relationships with parents.- Handle all enquiries regarding tadika, be involved in marketing for tadika, and outline all required functions and events accordingly.- Teach children aged 4- 6 years old using KPSK curriculum in an interactive and engaging way.- To update parents on child's progress and behaviour using mobile apps and face to face interaction.- Prepare teaching materials and necessary classroom preparations.- Design and prepare school holiday programme materials.- Maintain cleanliness of classrooms.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Experience in similar field of work is an added advantage.- Must have interest and passion in working with young children.- Hardworking, responsible, and a positive attitude.- Good command of English.- Full time position with minimum a year commitment is required.- Possess own transport for work in Putrajaya.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 12/22/2023Expected Start Date: 11/20/2023
