Takaful Consultant

Takaful Consultant- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new takaful contracts or suggest addition/charges to existing ones.- Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.- Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals.- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their profiles.- Monitor takaful claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.- Source, recruit & develop your own sales team members (for promotion to Assistant Unit Manager - Unit Manager - District Manager)- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and serviceRequirement- One or two years experience in sales or been exposed to the financial sector- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Training will be provide**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Flexible hoursSupplemental Pay:- Commission pay- Performance bonusWork Remotely:- Yes
