Business Sector: Group Business Support for Techware Group of Companies Job Scope: Talent Acquisition: Managing recruitment and selection process. Strategic planning for hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere. The recruitment process includes sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, reference check. Understand hiring managers' requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations. Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through online job portals and various platforms. Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation. Human Capital Management: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital management. Consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances. Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities. Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process. Identify training needs. Performance Management. Job Requirements: Good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters. Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Honest, ethical, and dependable. Positive, go-getter attitude. Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes. Stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management. Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and various Software programs.
