Talent Acquisition Executive

**Job Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Mandarin Speaker)****Salary Up To RM7700****Location: Senai****Job Descriptions**:- Perform full cycle recruitment activities, including building talent pipeline- Timely tracking of headcount movement including offshore and outsourced headcount- Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs- Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite- Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires,- Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires- Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews for resignees- Create and maintain accurate new hire records in HR system- Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities- Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports- Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast- Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships- Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students- Support audits (internal and external)- Verify invoices for services engaged- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma or Degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition- Strong communication skills and able to propose recommendations for business decisions- Meticulous, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal skills- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.- Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
