**Responsibilities**:- To initiate and create attractive job advertisement based on requirement from Client and Operation, in coordination with Hiring Supervisor and HOD- To conduct resume and CVs screening based on requirement from Client and Operation, as per requisition initiated by Operation- To conduct phone call screening.- To handle all the CCS Hiring related admin task.- To closely track on the headcount movement on CCS.- other ad hoc job assigned by the Company and superior.**Job Requirement**:- **Preferred to have immediate joiner.**:- Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher, in any discipline.- At least 6 months of working experience in call centre- Result driven person and adhere to tight timeline and schedule.- Highly proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken).- Ability to speak in mandarin is an added advantage.- Able to work under mínimal supervision.- Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.- Computer literate in Microsoft office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).- At least intermediate in Microsoft ExcelContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period?
