As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various HR and administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, office management, and other related functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall employee experience and gain valuable skills in a dynamic work environment. What you will do: Hiring Support: To assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. To help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate information and tracking progress. To assist in background screening with the vendor, credit checks and preparation of employment contracts. Employer Branding : Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values. Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences. Requirements What we are looking for: Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field. Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
