Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the businessManage and recruit for a portfolio of positions across levelsStrive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experienceWork with HRBPs, to develop strong internal relationships and performance measuresWork with Talent Acquisition Team, Business Unit Managers and HRBP's to execute workforce plan with recruitment budgets in mind. An ideal candidate will have the following: 2-4 years of proven corporate recruitment with proven experience direct sourcing for both niche and volume positions Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impactsAbility to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a positionA flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environmentHigh level of attitude awareness, positive energy and hungry for success Solid relationship building skills and able to work with stakeholders regionally and globally #LI-Hybrid
