Talent Acquisition Specialist- Fresh Graduate

Partner with team leader to understand position requirements, set expectations and maintain communications throughout the hiring process.- Ensure a flawless post offer acceptance to on-boarding process for new hires. Be the point of contact for applicants from the point of selection to job offer to report duty.- Plan, organize and administer career events and college pipeline programs to meet hiring needs.
