Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Craft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position- Work with Procurement Department and Vendor on the new contract engagement, as well as contract renewal.- Track and update on recruitment results and develop plans for continuous process improvements.- Prepare regular recruitment reports- Undertake market research and mapping exercises- Participate in ad hoc assignments/ projects**Requirements**:- Recognised Degree in Business, Human Resource or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in agency / in-house search and recruitment- Experience in managing high volume recruitment within the electronics manufacturing industry will be advantageous- Skilled in utilising social media and professional networks to identify suitable talents- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to multitask and to understand roles and requirements of roles across the Group is essential.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Chinese (required)
