Talent Acquisition SpecialistSalary Range: RM2500 - RM4000Basic + attractive commissionJob Description• Execute the full life cycle of recruitment that will include developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing.• Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels & social media.• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system.• Work closely with various leaders to meet recruitment needs.• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates• Successful candidates can expect to work with dynamic team members within a fast-moving environment.Job Requirement• Relevant experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capacity• Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks• Resourceful in searching for potential candidates with the right skills.• Able to work under challenging/fast pace environment.• Passionate about the recruitment function.
