Job title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistIndustry: Freight Forwarding industryLocation: Klang, Selangor**About the Job****Responsibilities**:- Create job description, understand selection criteria, and design interview questions that reflect each position's requirements- Responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.- Research and keep up-to-date with the talent acquisition trends to improve the process.- Develop policies and strategies for talent acquisition.- Take the lead on employer branding campaigns- Involve in HR departments related ad-hoc**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management, business administration, psychology or related field- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role- Hands-on experience with the full cycle recruiting process including interviewing and evaluation- Ability to distinguish between various roles within the company- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and MalayPay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Malacca City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)- L&D: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
