i. Coordinate, plan and execute internal engagement activities for all the departments ii. Devise and implement long-term strategies to retain, attract and motivate talent in the company iii. Liaising with internal departments to determine personal and career development for employees iv. Implement and execute the training programs v. Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating employee benefits, employee recognition and employee relations vi. Assist on people-management and leadership with a focus on performance management, organizational development & succession planning vii.
