* Responsible for all matters pertaining to general office administration
*Answering calls, typing and email
*Sorting correspondence and letters
*Photocopying, binding and filing
*Candidate must possess at least SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any related discipline or its equivalent
*Minimum 1-2 years experience
*Good knowledge of using Microsoft office applications
* Able to write and converse English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
*Good personality and able to communicate at all level
*Hardworking, committed and responsible
*Immediate available is highly preferred
