We simply believe 'Your Career Our Journey'.**_Purpose - _**We empower our people to make a positive difference in our organisation ~ for themselves.**_Recognition - _**We have a strong local presence under the network of a growing global BDO organisation and a credible brand.**Overview**You will be working as a member of the client service team to provide full breath of tax advisory and compliance services, which include the review of documents, transactions and business cases from a tax perspective, transfer pricing and indirect tax reviews, tax audits and investigations reviews, advising on tax exposure and computational treatments, and liaising with the relevant authorities.**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible to lead proposal and client service teams- Deliver quality tax services and advise to our corporate and individual clients- Continuously develop strong relationships across our network of existing and new clients- Identify new areas of provision of tax and other services- Seek new business development opportunities and generate leads**Education and professional skills/ knowledge****Experience & Education**:- A recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or a professional accounting qualification- At least 6 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge of tax and other related legislation, ideally gained in a professional practice environment- Have at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams**Other skills**:- Possess strong people management, interpersonal, communication and networking skills- A client service mindset and capable of being an effective business advisor and problem solver- Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent command of English- **Opportunities available in BDO KL office
