Teacher Assistant (Ks1)

**Commencement Date: January 2023****Responsibilities**:**A. Delivery of Lessons**- Assist in preparing and delivering the lessons.- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.- Assist in planning and conducting activities for a balanced programme of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question and investigate.- Assist students who need extra help, such as tutoring, preparing and implementing remedial programmes.**B. Assessment and Evaluation**- Assist in evaluating and grade students' work and assignments and giving appropriate feedback.- Administer standardised ability and achievement tests and interpret results to determine student strengths and areas of need.- Prepare students for qualifications and external examinations.**C. Classroom Management**- Establish and enforce rules of behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.**Requirements**:- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Education (in related field or equivalent).- Possess minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a School environment.- Able to teach creatively using a wide range of methods and approaches.- Must have love, passion, and commitment towards teaching children.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
