**POSITION: TEAM LEAD PERSONAL BANKER****LOCATION: SARAWAK****JOB DESCRIPTION**- To effectively and efficiently manage the PBW resources to achieve their revenue target and SOP- To work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure that the Branch is able to achieve their respective revenue target- To motivate the PBWs to continuously building high performance culture by increasing sales productivity- To handle buddy branches allocation to ensure resources optimization- To build and develop PBW staff competencies and sales and service qualities- To be in charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition- To provide coaching and motivation to PBWs to optimize financial contribution to PBWs- To ensure sales quality is in place- To be in charge of PBWs on boarding matters- To lead cross collaboration with different business units namely SME Banking, Auto, Cards, etc to further penetration the wealth business- To do joint sales call with PBWs to ensure each PBWs are able to meet their productivity- To ensure PBW act on the leads & hit their monthly & yearly sales target- Conduct briefing and engagement to PBW and participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaign**SALES PLANNING & ACTIVITIES**- Promote, introduce and market a range of Unit Trust / ASN / PRS & Tokio Marine's life-insurance products & RHB General Insurance products to Bank's customer- Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by Bank/Region**SALES MANAGEMENT**- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals- Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank's customer and NTB customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR- Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns- Comply with CPD hours- Compliance to Bank's policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics**REQUIREMENT**- Equipped with wealth licenses - FIMM, PCEII/CEILLI/ (preferably)- Well verse of wealth products- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Sales and results oriented- Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
