ROLE: Team Lead - Telemarketing - (Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesia)Location: Bangkok, Thailand**Salary**: up to 80,000 THBHC: 4Joining: ASAPEducation: Bachelor's degreeShift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pmJoining date: Immediate JoinerRequirement: *BPO, Telemarketing + Team Lead Experience is required and experience in leading SEA operations in sales & digital marketing.**Responsibilities**:- Ability to manage a team.- Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Telemarketing Team Leader.- Effectively manage Company assigned leads for maximum conversion to preview presentations.- Employ an empathetic, listening, problem solving approach to overcoming objections and persuade the guests to attend the preview presentation.- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.- Ability to work as a team leader, in a personable and positive manner.- Previous telemarketing service experience preferred.- Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience as Team Lead.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other required language- Has the ability to deliver feedback and coaching to team members basis the collected data from Quality monitoring and reporting development plan to stakeholders in an actionableformat.- Must be able to spot trends and tendencies with data and drives team to look for insights.*Note: The paperwork and relocation expenses will be handle by the company for expat**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM10,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What nationality are you?- Are you willing to relocate to Thailand?- How many years of experience as Team lead - Telemarketing?- Do you have cold calling experience (Yes/No)?- The role is urgent, can you join immediate?- The salary is fixed not negotiable, the salary is between 70,000 - 80,0000 THB, Are you okay with it?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
