Our people are the catalyst, empowering our clients to successfully transform their businesses - join our team of able, confident, and motivated superstars.**About the job**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top technical talent.- Develop compelling job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and employer branding initiatives to attract tech talent.- Leverage social media and online platforms to showcase the company culture and highlight career opportunities.- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.**Requirement and Qualification**:? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.? Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry.? Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to software development, IT, and engineering.? Strong sourcing skills and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.? Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.? Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.?
