Job Scope:- The Technical Business Development executive is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy for geotechnical engineering products and solutions. This includes liaising with government departments, Consultants, Contractors & Business partners for development of 1st sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the geotechnical engineering. Responsibilities : - Business Development Develop and execute the company's business development strategy for geotechnical engineering products and solutions in East Malaysia Relationship development with government departments. Identify and develop new consultants & contractor working geotechnical engineering in East Malaysia Nurture and grow business via lead conversion, trade show contacts, and canvassing lead generation. Research, identify and develop potential opportunities for new business Technical Support Run design analysis and develop techno commercial proposals in coordination with Technical team. Provide technical support to stakeholders in market as and when required. Work with team to develop presentations and documents. Business Relationship Establish, develop and retain relationship with Government authorities, developers, consultants, and contractors. Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle that allows exceeding sales and revenue target, through pipeline management. Develop client portfolio to expand targeted business growth. Campaigns and Activities Develop and execute business development activities, in coordination with the sales and commercial team. This includes activities to enhance the awareness of Maccaferri hydraulics solution in the local industry. Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events Maintain knowledge of developments in the hydraulics engineering field Requirements: - At least 5 years' experience in geotechnical related projects whether in consultant, contractor, supplier or government authority capacity. Broad commercial experience in the local market. Possess good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently. Ability to travel as needed. Qualification: - Degree in Civil Engineering is must. Masters in geotechnical engineering or business is preferred.
