Technical Consultant (Dynamic 365/Work From Home)

**Job description****Responsibilities**:- Assist across all phases of project (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)- Leverage technical knowledge to design and implement MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions- Research customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions- Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions- Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan- Support continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity**Qualifications**:- University degree in a software development area- 2 + years Dynamics CRM implementation experience- Practical experience with.NET / C# programming and databases- Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies- Fluent English**Your Technical Skills Include**:- Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or another business management software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript.- Knowledge of software in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Microsoft SQL, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft.Net, and etc.- Knowledge of Power Platform will be added advantage**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- dynamic CRM: 2 years (preferred)- .NET/C#: 2 years (preferred)
