Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with manager and developers to understand the technical aspects of the product. - Write and edit a variety of technical content, including product documentation, user guides, knowledge base articles, and release notes. - Develop engaging marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to promote our systems and its features. - Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and style guidelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency. - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to enhance the quality and relevance of our content. - Work closely with the marketing team to support content initiatives and campaigns, providing technical expertise and insights as needed. - Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and interactive content, including infographics, videos, and interactive tutorials. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Copywriter, Content Writer, or Technical Writer, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and concise content for a non-technical audience. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or Confluence. - Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines is a plus. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
