Technical Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to perform data analyst using the analytic software/solution to build the business model’s statistical analysis.
• Responsible to apply data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and building prediction models by developing custom scripts to analyze, report and monitor the model. They will create and maintain user friendly dashboards for data analysis.
• Continue to evaluate and challenge the prediction model to optimize statistical efficiency and quality of the analysis.
• Work closely with various department to support them to identify the department needs and determine 4 M data and 1E data to feed into data mining platform.
• Interpret the data and analysis results using the statistical tools, support to tailor the reporting tools for performance monitoring, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Verified report accuracy, reporting capabilities, predictive and preventive modeling of statistical packages.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor or Master of Statistic / Mathematic / Computer Science.
• Statistic knowledge in manufacturing analysis, statistical population & modeling, experience using statistical packages, strong experience with manufacturing / engineering statistical data analysis and modeling.
• Strong mathematic background and knowledge in statistical population and model process.
• Strong programming skill - SQL DB/Coding, Python/R, Data Visualization.
• Ability to verify the statistical data set based on the business model and compare it with the analytic software.
• Excellent analytics skill, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skill, strong leadership, good in planning and able to work independently without supervision.
