Technical Manager, Swine And Poultry

**The Position**:- Strategizing technical initiatives aligned with business portfolio priorities- Leading the poultry and swine technical team and manage technical budget for Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia- Proactive participation in cross functional collaboration as the technical expertise reference**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Provide technical guidance and direction to teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, and that technical solutions align with the ROPU technical and Global technical goals and objectives.- Build and maintain a broad network of relationships with international and local key opinion leaders in the OPU- Drive the planning, strategics, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.- Lead, mentor, and manage internal and distributors' technical team, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional development.- Ensures that team has goal clarity and knows the tactical direction to achieve the goals. Practices inspiring behaviours to drive winning spirit.**Requirements**:- Doctorate degree (eg.
