You will be given an opportunity to manage multiple projects and, have an opportunity to lead international and local project team and engage with the project stakeholders across VAT organization. The ideal Project Manager comes with a strong ability to lead and work within diverse cross functional teams, technically sound and, good in co-ordination and communication.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will be assigned to Global Services (GSE) business unit's projects. Take on leading role for the GSE FPR (Fixed Price Refurbishment/Repair) program. FPR HANDBOOK: Develop and establish kitting handbook (cookbook) for all product series. SPARE PARTS KITTING: Drive / overlook kitting definition with defined service centers partners according to kitting handbook. SPARE PARTS STANDARDIZATION: Clean-up outdated spares parts structures and establish professional / harmonized spare parts structures that can be directly sold via Web-Shop SERVICE CENTER EQUIPMENT: Develop and maintain all mechanical fixtures needed for efficient repair handling and execution. Support mechanical designer whenever needed (dual roles) You will work in close collaboration with various disciplines such as Product Manager, Mechanical Designer and may not limited to it. Take a leadership role and navigate project team towards project goals. Provide project status report to superior, Management & key-stakeholders. Proactively contribute and support in continuous improvement activities. Minimum QualificationDegree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years' experience as Project Manager/Leader/Engineer/coordinator in mechanical engineering environment Must be able to manage multiple projects parallelly. Good understanding in product BOM structure / design Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all level in organization Must demonstrate the ability to set and meet deadlines. Knowledges of ISO compliance Preferred QualificationProfessional Project Management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP from recognized organization (such as PMI, IPMA) Hands-on with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Dynamic 365, etc.) Experience or knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, Vacuum-valve, Semi-conductor process/application/services.
