Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The Technical recruiter will partner with key stakeholders and support all hiring activities for the Technology Team.

You will be required to showcase excellent talent sourcing, screening and selection of potential qualified candidates for the various Technical roles in our Technology Team by utilizing creative sourcing channels.

As we continue to scale up, you will also network with both online and offline to build a strong Tech talent pipeline of candidates to be able to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals in the market as well as to promote a strong employer brand.
Key Focus

- Post active jobs to attract direct applicants and direct sourcing/reach-outs to passive tech talents.
- Source potential candidates via social media and job boards i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Monster and Manatal - our internal Applicant Tracking System.
- Explore tech talent sourcing via creative and niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github.
- Use Trello, our internal Tech Platform, to update candidate leads, interview stages, offers and placements in collaboration with the Tech Leads.
- Screen candidates based on specific role requirements and expectations set by the CTO and Tech Leads.
- Keen understanding of technical requirements for key Tech roles: Full Stack Engineer, Mobile Engineer, QA Engineer, R&D Engineer (DevOps) and Delivery Manager.
- Craft and send personalized reach-out messages to passive candidates via LinkedIn
- Send the Coderbyte Online Tech Challenge Assessment to shortlisted candidates prior to interview arrangement, follow up on results and update Tech Leads in Trello.
- Organise and schedule interviews for Tech Leads (1st round) and with CTO (Final round).
- Manage candidate offers, perform Reference Checks and issue Letter of Appointment for successful candidates for hire.
- Update New Hire List and ensure IT Support prepares Laptop and Email ID creation prior to candidates joining date.
- Send Daily Tech Updates to CTO which includes Fresh Leads, Candidates Keen, Interviews, Offers in progress and Hires/Closures.
- Collaborate with TA Team and participate in Career Fairs, tech conferences and meetups to network with Tech professionals.

Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience. Senior Technical Recruiters with 5 years
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand tech job requirements for the different tech roles for hire.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and solid knowledge of talent sourcing techniques (e.g. Social Media recruiting, Boolean Search Techniques and creative sourcing channels).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, resilient and ready to work in a fast-paced company with a strong can-do attitude.

- Willing to go the extra mile to hire the right quality talents and the ability to find solutions to overcome tech hiring challenges.
- A team player with good collaboration skills.
- Technology is a major pillar and backbone of our business. The Tech Recruiter should have a sound understanding of the business growth plans and build a strong Tech Talent pipeline to hire the right talents in support of the business
